About the Makers:
A second generation candle company, Smith & Company Candles is owned by Kenna & Doug that was started in 2005 in Altoona WI. Smith & Co. candles are handmade with the same recipes that Kenna's mom created over 16 years ago.

About dough bowl candles:

The exterior has been treated with a fire retardant material. (Each is hand carved, so dimensions will vary). Each candle does hold approximately the same amount of wax (between 13-16 oz). Each dough bowl is hand crafted and is approximately 6”x9” but each bowl varies. COTTON WICK.

Please understand these are wooden bowls made to look rustic from raw wood. Some may have knot holes, scratches, knife marks, saw blade marks, sap or minor cracks. These are a natural part of a bowl that has been made from raw wood. Size, color and shape will vary.  We cannot guarantee your bowl will not have any of these character marks and highly recommend following the burning instructions. We cannot guarantee for the entire top of the candle to melt as each bowl is slightly different.

When finished, dough bowl is easily cleaned up with soap and water.
