Not Really Sane, Not Really Sorry: Tales of an Itinerant Performer.
Larry Heagle, a former middle school teacher, jumped ship in 1976 to journey through life as a songwriter, a night club performer, a stand up comic, a corporate convention after-dinner speaker, and as opening act for such greats as Emmy Lou Harris, Conway Twitty, Johnny Cash, Jay Leno, and Perla Batalla, among others. Larry's story-telling style is described as peculiarly rowdy and right, Woody Allen with a Country guitar. This memoir is a cross-section of the stories of the journey.
