What is a pithogram? A recorded, meaningful message of personal significance to the author, John Thurston, Ph. D. Recorded in a spontaneous manner over a period of three years, Purposeful Pithograms is presented for the edification and amusement of the readers. It is hoped that pithograms might enlighten, provoke, engage, amuse, bemuse, diffuse, or simply confuse those who read them. That is their purpose. Consume them one bite at a time. Each pithogram deserves a thorough chewing and a time for rumination.
