This honey is produced from the nectar that bees have collected from several different flower sources, so each batch is slightly different. However, the honey generally has a mild floral taste and sits between clover and buckwheat honey in terms of earthiness. The earthy undertones in wildflower honey combined with a warm cup of coffee create a robust and perfectly sweet start to your morning. It can also pair well with hard cheeses, like parmesan, or savory dishes, like nuts and vegetables.
